Glam & Glitz is a hair and beauty spa located in Doha, Qatar. It began in 2011 with a vision from our CEO Mrs Samina Liaqat to provide a peaceful spa environment with quality service. Glam & Glitz understood from the beginning that mistakes will be made in our initial phase, however we made it our goal learn from mistakes and build a business model based on client satisfaction. We can gladly say our strategy is paying off. From the day the spa came into existence, to the current date, many changes have been made to ensure clients are satisfied. These changes range from a complete change in policy, new employees who are better equipped to tend to the needs of our clients, a new website and web presence, and most importantly the addition of a client relations department which is constantly working with our clients to see how we can keep improving. We believe a positive change must be continuous, and we must change when needed if it means our clients will be happier. In our first two years we have learnt the value of our team and clients. We have a strict policy of respect within our staff. We respect them, expect them to respect each other, and try our best to keep them happy. We understand and appreciate the hard work they do for our success. We also appreciate and value our clients greatly who place their trust in our services. We believe a happy staff will ensure happy clients, and so far the model has paid back as we prepare to hit our third year in the industry.
